You will want to be aware at the outset of the policies and practices we will follow in repairing your vehicle:

We are ready to answer your questions regarding your repair, including delivery, during all hours we are open for business.
Our business hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and
8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
A written estimate will be furnished upon request. If additional work is required, you will be notified (exception in case of insurance).
The car will be released when you have inspected it and are satisfied with the repairs. At the time all amounts owed for work performed must be paid by Insurance Check, Cash, Master Card, Visa, Debit-Cards, or Certified Funds.
